The Community Focused Funding Initiative

At Travel Focus we are acutely aware of the funding difficulties many charitable and voluntary
organisations, schools and clubs face in these challenging times. More and more organisations
are struggling to fund their services as cutbacks are implemented across these sectors. With
this in mind Travel Focus is launching a new initiative called “Working Together” to provide charitable
and voluntary organisations, schools and clubs with a new revenue stream.

HOW IT WORKS

All you have to do is encourage the people involved in your organisation and their families and friends
to book with Travel Focus when they are travelling abroad on holiday or for business. We will then
refund a percentage of the total revenue to your organisation.
People should nominate your organisation at the time of booking and this will identify the organisation
they wish to support. Travel Focus will in turn send a statement of all bookings where your organisation
has been nominated along with a cheque for any amount due every quarter. It is important to point out
that any person nominating your organisation will not pay one cent extra on their booking. Any money
generated as a result of their support will be paid by Travel Focus.

THE SMALL PRINT

1. Any organisation wishing to take part in this initiative must apply to Travel Focus
2. You must be a recognised charity or voluntary organisation.
    Your school must be registered with the Department of Education.
    Your club must be an amateur organisation and be registered with a recognised governing body or local
    authority.
3. Travel Focus will refund a percentage of the total revenue (approx. 10% of our gross margin) to your
    organisation for any bookings we receive where your organisation is nominated at the time of booking.
4. A statement of account will be sent to each participating organisation on a quarterly basis.
5. Any payments due will be made to each organisation on a quarterly basis.
